In November 2021, a tragic crowd surge took place at Travis Scotts Astroworld Festival in Houston. As thousands of fans pushed toward the stage, people were crushed,
leading to the deaths of 10 individuals and injuries to hundreds more. Despite the chaos, Travis Scott kept performing because he later said he was not told that
people were in serious danger or dying during his set. Loud music, stage lights, and the size of the crowd made it hard to see what was going on. The second day
of the festival was canceled, and although Scott and the organizers faced lawsuits, he was not criminally charged.
