Image of a brownie The Chocolate Brownie ingredients: baking spray, 2 cups white sugar, 1 ΒΌ cups all-purpose flour, 1 cup unsalted butter (melted), 4 large eggs at room temperature 1/2 cup cocoa powder, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, 1/2 teaspoon baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt. Method: Gather all ingredients. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a pan with baking spray. Whisk sugar, flour, melted butter, eggs, cocoa powder, vanilla, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl until combined. Spread the batter into the prepared pan. Bake in the preheated oven until top is crinkled and a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs, about 20 to 30 minutes. Let cool completely in the pan on a wire rack before slicing into squares. Pancakes

pancakes Ingredients: 1 lightly beaten egg, 3/4 cup Full Cream Milk, 1-2 tbs caster sugar 1 cup self-raising flour, 50g melted butter. Method:Whisk egg and milk together in a bowl. Whisk in sugar. Sift flour over the mixture and whisk until the batter is smooth and lump-free. Heat a large frying pan (or flat grill) over medium-low heat. Brush with some of the melted butter. Pour 1/4 cup of batter into pan to form a round. Repeat. When large bubbles form on the surface of pancakes, turn and cook until lightly golden on the other side and cooked through (keep an eye on the pancakes during cooking as they do brown quickly). Transfer pancakes to a plate and repeat with remaining butter and batter.
