Mud chocolate-mud-cake
1 cup (240ml) boiling water 3/4 cup (75g) cocoa powder
250g (1 cup) butter, softened2 cups (400g) sugar
3 large eggs 1 1/2 cups (225g) all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp salt1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 160°C (320°F). Grease and line a 9-inch (23cm) cake pan.
Mix cocoa and boiling water: In a bowl, combine cocoa powder and boiling water. Stir until smooth, then let it cool.
Cream butter and sugar: In a large bowl, beat butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
Add eggs and vanilla: Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in vanilla.
Combine dry ingredients: In a separate bowl, sift flour, baking powder, and salt.
Combine everything: Add the cocoa mixture and dry ingredients alternately into the butter mixture. Mix until just combined.
Bake: Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 50-60 minutes or until a skewer inserted in the center comes out clean.
Cool: Let the cake cool completely before frosting or serving.

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
Cream butter and sugars: In a large bowl, beat butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until creamy.
Add eggs and vanilla: Beat in eggs one at a time, then add vanilla extract.
Combine dry ingredients: In another bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, and salt.
Mix dry into wet: Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture and mix until combined.
Add chocolate chips: Stir in chocolate chips.
Scoop cookies: Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto baking sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
Bake: Bake for 9-11 minutes, or until edges are golden but centers are still soft.
Cool: Let cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
