Chocolate Chip Cookies

Recipe makes - 20/30 cookies (depending on size)

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 180°C and line 2 large baking trays

Step 2

Melt the butter, then combine with both white and brown sugar in a large bowl

Step 3

Beat in the eggs and vanilla

Step 4

Using a spatula, fold in the dry ingredients until almost combined, then add the chocolate chips and fold them through

Step 5

Roll the dough into balls, evenly spacing them along the trays

Step 6

Cook for 10-12 minutes, until golden

Step 7

Leave to cool for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely
