White Choc chip & Macademia cookies

Recipe makes - 1 20x20cm tin of slice

Step 1

Mix flour, baking powder, salt and baking soda in a large bowl

Step 2

In a seperate bowl, mix white sugar, brown sugar, milk, vanilla and oil

Step 3

Gently combine wet ingredients to dry ingredients, then fold through macademia nuts and white chocolate chips

Step 4

Cover the bowl and refridgerate for an hour.

Step 5

Preheat your oven to 180°C and line two baking trays

Step 6

Form the dough into balls and flatten. Bake 10-12 minutes until golden

Step 7

Remove from oven and allow to cool on trays for 0 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool fully
