About the VNL
With volleyball being one of the biggest sports in the world, the
VNL
takes the crown of the biggest volleyball tournament in the world.
In the VNL, countries put together their best players and try to
qualify to play in the VNL. The VNL is held is held in various places
around the world, and in 2026, 12 countries hosted matches.

Simeon Nikolov
One of the biggest players in the VNL is Simeon Nikolov.
Nikolov plays for the Mens National Bulgarian team with
his brother, Aleksandar. Simeon, or Moni, plays as setter
and is at the heart of the team. He sets everyone else up
for success, and works seamlessly with Aleksandar who passes
and spikes. Together, these two brothers boosts up the Bulgarian
team to make them one of the most dangerous countries in the world.
