Sirenhead

Static physical form of an unfathomable supernatural entity. Siren Head is approximately 40 feet tall, and is usually stationary but can move very quickly.
It uses its telephone pole-like appearance to hunt humans.
It is able to see without having any eyes. It doesn't eat, despite having organic teeth.
